Juan Carlos Reddersen,
Vice President MRO Services
Juan Carlos’ professional credentials include more than 18 years as an Aircraft/Engine Maintenance Engineer and Flight Operations Engineer. During that time, he was in charge of major engineering projects for a major U.S. airline and supervised structural repairs for Boeing aircraft. He has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a Masters’ degree in Business Administration.

Liseth’s career includes extensive administration experience in procurement, quality assurance, service reliability programs, and human resource management. She holds a graduate degree in Project Management and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Edgar Giraldo,
Aviation Program Manager
Edgar brings 25 years of distinguished military and civilian aviation experience to AOP. He has served as an avionics inspector, wing quality assurance technician and successfully trained over 400 foreign air force personnel in aircraft maintenance and procedures. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Ruben's experience in the aviation industry started with AOP Corporation and includes customer relations, sales, accounting, inventory control, and purchasing. He is thoroughly familiar with aviation software systems and FAA, JAA, and ASA standards and compliance. He has a B.S. in International Relations.
